These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yourvoya mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Yourvoya ("Yourvoya," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Yourvoya is a personal content organization tool that allows users to save, organize, and revisit links and related information for personal use. Certain features may rely on automated processing to organize user-submitted content. The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

3. License to Use the Service

Yourvoya grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. The Service is licensed, not sold.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. User Content

Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit, save, or upload through the Service ("User Content").

License to Yourvoya
By submitting User Content, you grant Yourvoya a limited, royalty-free license to store, process, organize, and display such content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. Yourvoya does not claim ownership of your User Content.

Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit and use it.

6. Automated Processing Disclaimer

The Service may use automated systems to categorize or organize User Content. You acknowledge that:

  • Such processing is automated;
  • Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; and
  • Yourvoya makes no guarantees regarding accuracy or reliability.

You are responsible for how you use any output provided by the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms or services. Yourvoya does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services, or transactions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Future Commercial Features

Yourvoya may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or commercial relationships in the future. Any such features will be disclosed as required and governed by updated terms or notices.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the Service;
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service; or
  • Infringe the rights of others.

Yourvoya may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service (excluding User Content), including software, design, trademarks, and branding, are owned by Yourvoya or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Termination

Yourvoya may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if the Service is discontinued. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yourvoya disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Yourvoya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; and
  • Yourvoya's total liability shall not exceed USD $50.

14. Changes

Yourvoya may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.
