How do I save a place from another app?

Tap the Share button in any app (TikTok, Instagram, Safari, Google Maps, etc.), then select Voya from the share sheet. Voya will automatically extract the place details and save it to your map.

How do I generate a trip itinerary?

Go to the Plan tab, tap "New Trip," enter your destination and travel dates, and Voya's AI will build a complete day-by-day itinerary. You can drag and drop activities to reorder them.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes 8 place saves per month. Upgrade to Premium to unlock AI chat, AI trip planning, and more saves.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → find Voya and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

A place was saved with wrong details. How do I fix it?

Tap the place on your map, then tap the edit (pencil) icon to manually update the name, location, or photos. If you continue having issues, contact us at yourvoya@gmail.com.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email us at yourvoya@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address associated with your Voya account. We'll process your request within 7 days.
